25 Minutes.
No shortcuts.
No excuses.
The journey starts with a run. Push past your limits to reach the next level.
If there's time on the clock, cover the distance with a combination of biking, rowing and burpee broad jumps. The pace is yours to manage, but the experience is against the clock.

14 Minutes.
When your body says stop,
your mind decides.
This is where strategy, experience and determination come into play. You'll quickly discover what you're made of.
Ski, jump and lunge, but most importantly, give it your all no matter what.

5 Minutes.
Every second matters.
Every calorie counts.
Every rep is earned.
With only five minutes on the clock, athletes must push their limits to complete the task at hand. But with time running out, athletes should aim to earn every rep where possible with whatever is left in the tank!

20 Minutes.
Strength isn't measured by the load on the bar, but your ability to move with speed, efficiency and consistency.
Deadlifts are the weapon of choice. Male competitors should be comfortable moving 200+ lbs, while female competitors should be ready to tackle 150+ lbs with confidence.
